Originally founded as an accounting firm, Weekes & Associates underwent a pivotal transformation under the leadership of Yvette Weekes. After the untimely passing of her co-founder, Yvette transitioned the firm into a thriving HR consultancy.

Yvette brings over 25 years of HR experience in public and private sectors, setting up and managing HR departments, mentoring professionals, and lecturing at universities. Her mission is to help professionals uncover their strengths, build authentic brands, and navigate career transitions confidently.
